GOOOO COWBOYS!!!!!

Okay, so they lost today...what can I say.... it sure does not stop lil' Chris from loving those boys! Everytime he sees them play ball he goes upstairs, grabs his Speedracer helmet and reenacts every play that they make, good or bad! The problem with that is that the helmet is 3x the size it should be and wobbles all over his little head. It makes it hard for him to see not to mention it's not safe running around with it. We have been wanting to buy him a helmet for the longest time but there are no stores over here that support the Cowboys. SOOOO, we bought it online and it turned out cheaper to buy the whole football uniform instead of just the helmet! He knew that the postman would be bringing it "soon" so when he saw the box delivered he went ballistic! Thank goodness Chris was home for lunch so we could open in right away! Here are the pictures of the big day!!!

THE BOX!!!!

without anyone telling him, he kept his back to daddy until he opened the box, well almost!

stripping as fast as he can to put on the uniform...

tony romo wanna-be

he found his cowboy football immediately and started playing with mommy!

Daddy showing em' how it's done...

my baby looking cute in his stance

one of my favorites...

daddy just caught the ball and chris is charging for the tackle...

and he's down!!! I love this picture!

Oh the cowboys. I miss when Grandpa uses to blast the Cowboys games after church on Sunday. Well, dad still. It must be a Tijerina & a Flores thing. But yeah, they gotta get their act together. & it's a good thing that Big Chris is teaching Little Chris that important family tradition.

Grandpa would sure get a kick out of your little boy! I can just hear his laugh. I remember walking in after church and that would be the only thing you could hear on was his Cowboys. All the uncles with grandpa standing around watching the game. Grandpa would be so proud!!
