It has been a crazy 3 weeks for us...the move here did not go too smooth. It was a rough time getting everything out of boxes and trying to get settled with 2 kids at our knees the whole time. We even had a difficult time trying to locate the church. But we are finally on the finishing touches... It took us 2 weeks for get cable and another to get out internet working. Needless to say, we have felt out of touch this whole time. But we are loving the house and the neighborhood. Chris is only 10 minutes from the base which is quite a change from the 45 min drive he had in GA. And we are literally 3 miles away from the big mall and shopping area. (don't know if that's good or bad!) We have good neighbors and their son just loves to play with Chris so that's a plus! The kids love the house and spend most of their time in the sunroom. It's such a nice room cuz you get the outdoors feel without the heat! We have lots of pictures to share but these are just a few for now....I will send more soon with pictures of the house decorated...
Okay so years ago Mom thought it was a great idea to try to wear a wig...that didn't last long but she found it in her boxes so she tried it on and came down to see what Chris' reaction would be....right away he noticed and said, "that's cool hair, abuela....why you wearing that?" when she asked him if he liked it he thought about it for a second and said "No, can you take it off!?!" She let him pull if off and she put it on him and Mia for a laugh...it actually looked pretty good on MiaLuz....

ever since Chris has seen a live band he has been playing the drums with everything he gets a hold of....so this is one of his instruments....a pencil for the sticks and a laundry basket for the drum...and boy is it loud....while MiaLuz follows him dancing to whatever beat he puts out!
