While in Corpus Christi, we found out Disney on ICE was in town. The last time they were there it was NEMO on ICE and it was 1 week before I gave birth to MiaLuz. Needless to say, the last place I wanted to be was in a rink full of kids, sitting in a chair for 3 hours! So Meemaw took Chris with his cousin Joey. They had a blast. Of course I was sad I missed it and told myself that I would definitely go to the next, prego or not! So when I found out it was actually there, I could not miss the oppurtunity. Meemaw planned it out and we were there the next day! It was so amazing. The biggest and brightest characters ever seen. Both kids loved it so much. The pictures don't do it justice since I could only take the mini camera (cameras not allowed so I had to sneak it in!) Enjoy~
nothing and no one could take that snow cone away from MiaLuz!
cotton candy at 7 pm; yup, we had a looong night ahead of us!

clapping to the music; it's amazing how well she keeps time!Mia was the first one to spot the bubbles coming out from up top!

Now that's an URSALA...that thing was HUGE!

Peter Pan is "the man" to lil' Christopher. He aspires to be him in every way. So he drove us crazy asking when he was going to come out. Once he did...that was it, his game face was on and he even drew out his PP sword to act out the part. Ever since that night, he climbs on everything and yells out, "off to Never neverland!" Cute, annoying at times, but mostly cute. lol

...and that's the sign that it's time to GO!

the FINALE!

We had sooo much fun. We will definitely be looking forward to the next Disney on ICE! I urge anyone that has a child, no matter the age, to check out the next tour. You will not be disappointed! (We even had a couple in their 20's sitting next to us that came without kids, just for themselves...too cute! of course the kids were looking at them a bit puzzled...)

I wanted to go to Disney on Ice, but I kept forgeting about it! I can totally relate - my grandparents always sent us gifts and surprises and got us WHATEVER we wanted! Still do!!
Looks like fun!!
Hey Blanca! I found your blog through Shayleen's, hope you don't mind. I love you and Chris's story! So cute!
