This past Saturday I was given my baby shower by a couple of friends. They did such an awesome job and I can't thank them enough. We had a great time so I wanted to share a couple of key moments that I will remember.
The first thing is this AWESOME lil' bike that Sister Brownfield made for me. The tires are made out of diapers, held together by a receiving blanket, the seat out of bibs, the handle bars by a receiving blanket and the horn is a Dr. Brown's bottle. How creative is that; I mean, who comes up with this stuff!?! I was so blown away by it that I couldn't stop taking pictures...
He even has his own personalized license plate! AH! I just LOVE it!!!
One of the funniest games was putting the plate on your head and trying to draw a baby. We had the craziest drawings!
A wonderful gift that was made by Jamie Burns; she sewed and stuffed the letters A D A N...
Denise Dawson is great at Embroidering to personalize every gift she gives...This is a burp cloth that I will probably never use cuz I think it is just too precious to get dirty. She also wrote Adan's full name out on that teddy blanket I am holding. (Okay, the bow on my head was from the present that I just opened!)
I received soooo- many great gift; clothes, burp cloths and the pampers and wipes that I will need so badly. I wish I could post them all.
I wanted to take a picture of all 6 pregnant ladies at the shower but some had left before I remembered so here are 4 of us. Isn't that just the craziest thing?!? But I must say it is nice to be able to share the experience with so many of my friends.
Thanks to everyone that came to celebrate this special day with me. I had a wonderful time. Can't wait for next month when we have 2 more babies to celebrate! :)

The motorcycle/bike is ADORABLE!!! I have seen a diaper cake but never a bike. WOW! How fun - I love baby showers. They bring so much joy! Looks like you got some fun stuff.

Oh my gosh so fun! And I love that diaper motorcycle! So COOL! I am now in Seattle awaiting to have this baby. I was told I had to be gone by wk 24 so I had five days notice and packed up a house and got everything into storage as well as packed up my family for the next 3-5 months. After baby is here I have my ankle reconstruction here in Seattle too. Crazy times! Hoping to keep her in as long as I can. Just coming up to 28 wks now. That was their goal and I hope to get a few more but we are taking it a day/week at a time. Already got the steroid shots in case. I will keep you updated. Love you!
I have never seen a motorcyle pamper bike! that is awesome!! love ya! miss ya!
