Saturday was spend at the house with some friends from church. We BBQ'd and had a great time outside. Perfect weather for once!
The Egg Hunt
We were able to introduce our friends to the cascarone. It's still shocks me when we meet people that have never heard of a cascarone. REALLY!?! That should be part of everyone's culture and tradition, lol!
Sunday we spent the afternoon with our good friends, the Hernandez Family! I made the green bean casserole to take to their home. I put it on the floor in front of MiaLuz's car seat. I specifically told both kids that I would carry them out so not to step in it....They said ok....Then Chris' friend ran out to meet him, he got so excited that he forgot what I had said just 1 minute before. And that is his footprint! Thank goodness it was covered by a towel! (sorry, the picture would not upload turned the other way)

So gald you got to do cascornes for Easter. I know my family loves doing them for Easter. It's a great tradition and to fun to pass up. I have great memories of doing them at grandmas house. With all the uncles, aunts, and cousins!
